We are launching the aUSD fungibility pallet, making $aUSD fungible when bridged between Karura & Acala, unifying aUSD liquidity and creating unified economic infrastructure for the @Polkadot and @kusamanetwork ecosystem. 6. New HRMP Channels Have Opened Between Acala and Astar Network
New HRMP channels have been opened between @AstarNetwork and @AcalaNetwork to allow movement of the ASTR, ACA, and aUSD tokens! We are excited to build together with our friendly ecosystem partner Acala!Opening the HRMP channel with Acala and Karura will give a wide range of possibilities to the protocols building on Astar and Shiden Network. aUSD will bring new value in their protocols, likewise the liquid tokens LKSM and LDOT will add new options for their stablecoin AMMs, like Sirius Finance and Kagla creating LKSM <> KSM and LDOT <> DOT pairs.
7. Swim Launches Metapool on Karura’s EVM+, Enabling Native Stablecoin Swaps via Wormhole
We’re very excited to announce the launch of @SwimProtocol metapools on Karura’s EVM+, providing a multi-chain AMM for native assets designed to simplify bridging with multi-token liquidity pools via @wormholecrypto ⚡️ 🧵 medium.com/acalanetwork/s…Swim’s launch on Karura brings a multi-chain liquidity pool to the Karura and broader Kusama ecosystem. Swim will provide Karura with USDT metapool liquidity for increased DeFi and stablecoin functionality. The integration allows users to swap native stablecoins across eight supported ecosystems. Once Acala is live on Wormhole and aUSD is fungible across Karura and Acala, Swim will also add aUSD support for both platforms.
